Robert W. Smith founded First Midwest Insurance Group LLC in 1992 as a way to help clients meet their personal and business insurance needs. Smith has guided First Midwest over the past 19 years and has aided in its growth by adding employees and sales associates that believe in his core value of putting the clients’ needs first. He continually has his clients best interests at heart and strives to find new opportunities and options in order to give them the best coverage possible.

Suzanne Henn licensed in all areas of insurance but currently specializes in individual, health and life insurance. She has an MBA with a background in marketing, strategic planning and operations management. Henn enjoys giving a personal touch when she is working with clients. She takes the time to educate clients so they understand exactly what the coverage provides and the benefits of insurance and securing their assets. Henn truly appreciates the rewarding and lasting relationships she has built with her clients.

Chiara Keener has been working in the insurance industry for a total of seven years. Her current position is in the Personal Lines Department handling the rating and the servicing for First Midwest clients. Keener appreciates the fact that her clients place their trust in her and First Midwest. She enjoys helping clients find both comprehensive and competitively priced insurance that fits their specific needs.

Betsey Manzoni is First Midwest’s Commercial Lines Manager. She takes pride in servicing, quoting and remarketing all of their commercial insurance clients. Betsey has 18 years of commercial insurance experience and loves the intricacy of commercial accounts and the opportunity to know and work with many successful business owners.

Liane Crittendon has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She is First Midwest’s Customer Service Representative and specializes in personal lines, underwriting and personal risk management. Crittendon is passionate about providing answers and information when clients have inquiries or concerns about their insurance products.
